Profile & Experiences:

Mr. Owuru attended a College of Education, where he graduated with N.C.E in Economics/Political Science. He obtained a B.Ed in Economics and M.Sc in Economics from the University of Ibadan, where he is also a Doctoral degree student. He has certifications in Entrepreneurial Development and Corporate Ethics; Proficiency Certificate in Management and Proficiency Certificate in ICT.  He is also a member of some professional bodies, including the Nigerian Tax Research Network, Nigerian Institute of Management and Nigeria/International Association for Energy Economics.

He worked previously as an Adjunct Lecturer in Tai Solarin University of Education and Ibadan Business School. He was also a Teaching Research Assistant at the University of Ibadan and Anambra State University.

He is currently an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Economics.
