Augustine University is known for its commitment to academic excellence and its dedication to nurturing well-rounded, responsible individuals. Part of this commitment involves maintaining a dress code that reflects professionalism and modesty. Students and applicants are expected to adhere to this dress code, which emphasizes corporate attire and moderate grooming standards.

  1. Corporate Dresses: At Augustine University, the dress code leans heavily towards corporate attire. This means that students and applicants are expected to wear clothing that is professional and business-like in appearance. Corporate dresses, suits, blazers, dress shirts, blouses, and slacks are all examples of appropriate attire. Jeans, shorts, tank tops, and overly casual clothing are not considered acceptable for everyday wear on campus.

  2. Grooming and Hair Standards: The university places great importance on grooming and personal hygiene. Hair should be neat, tidy, and of a natural color (black). Students and applicants are encouraged to maintain a well-kept appearance. Extremes in hairstyles, including brightly colored hair, unnatural haircuts, or excessive styling, are not in line with the university's dress code.

  3. Modesty: Modesty is a key aspect of the dress code at Augustine University. Clothing should be modest in nature, avoiding overly revealing or provocative styles. This ensures a respectful and comfortable environment for all members of the university community.

  4. Compliance: Augustine University expects all students and applicants to respect and adhere to the dress code. The dress code is in place not only to maintain a professional and respectful environment but also to prepare students for their future careers, where dress codes and professionalism play a significant role.
