A Letter of Request should be addressed to the Registrar and sent via email to .

The letter MUST include the following

  • Name, Matriculation number and Department of the applicant.
  • Name and full address to which the transcript would be sent. The post code of the country must be clearly stated on the address of foreign institutions.
  • Evidence of payment of the sum of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30, 000) for local destination and Fifty Thousand Naira (N50, 000) for international destination. Payment should be made to:
