Profile & Experiences:

Dr. Olughor attended the University of Lagos and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where she obtained her degrees in Business Administration. She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and also a Member, Centre for Integrated Advancement and Entrepreneurship Development (CIAED). Prior to her career as a lecturer, she had worked for Lombard Insurance, Lagos as an Account Reconciliation Officer and as an Administrative Officer at Public Finance Limited, Yaba, Lagos. Her areas of specialization are: Organisational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship Development, Comparative Management, Analysis for Business Decisions, Industrial Relations, Compensation Management Research Methodology and Production Management.

She is a Senior Lecturer and currently the Coordinator of Business Administration in AUI
