AUI Economics Students Attend NESA Expedition Conference at UNILAG

A delegation from the Augustine University Economics Students Association participated in the Nigerian Economics Students Association (NESA) Expedition conference held at the University of Lagos, Akoka. 

The event brought together economics students from various institutions across Nigeria to engage in discussions and activities aimed at preparing them for future careers and professional development.

The conference centered on several pivotal themes, including the role of students as catalysts for change, career choices, motivational factors, challenges encountered, and strategies for balancing academic and professional pursuits. 

Additionally, it provided insights on effective networking and building enduring professional relationships, as well as navigating Nigeria's evolving technological landscape.

One of the key highlights was a series of motivational talks delivered by distinguished economists and industry leaders. 

These speakers shared their personal career journeys, discussed the importance of resilience and adaptability, and emphasized the need for students to be proactive in their professional growth. 

They encouraged participants to leverage their academic knowledge to drive innovation and economic progress within their communities.

Participants from Augustine University expressed their enthusiasm about the insights gained from the conference, noting that the event was an eye-opener.
